In collaboration with musician friends, Marina Rae leads a monthly "Sanskrit and World Chant" event in Victoria, BC, Canada. This sacred chant circle began in September 1999 and offers chants from different cultures.  Marina is a classically trained vocalist and improvisational dance teacher.  As a certified Yoga instructor at the Chakra Yoga Center in Victoria she trains Yoga teachers with her partner David.  She is a certified sound healer.  On this project she is collaborating with noted composer and pianist Karel Roessingh who is creating the accompaniment to Marina's melodies.
